The main part of the vacuum circulating emulsification tank includes the tank body and the high-shear emulsification head, and the main material is stainless steel 304 or 316L. It is composed of a transmission system, an emulsification stirring system, a tank body, a heating jacket (optional) and a tank body supporting part. The inner and outer surfaces of the tank are treated with mirror polishing. A jacket or insulation layer can be added to the tank body, and the jacket can be heated or cooled by steam, heat transfer oil, and water.
The vacuum emulsification tank is a sanitary equipment with a fully enclosed vertical structure, a wide range of uses, and various working conditions. The tank has the advantages of humanized structure, customizable volume, easy operation, safety and hygiene, and stable operation.
