The machine has a compact structure, small size, light weight, easy operation, low noise, and smooth operation. Its greatest feature is that it does not grind materials during production, but integrates high-speed cutting, mixing, dispersion, and homogenization into one.
The shear head adopts a claw-type, two-way suction structure, which avoids dead corners and vortex phenomena caused by the difficulty of suctioning materials from the upper part. The high-speed rotating rotor generates strong shear force, resulting in higher shear rate and stronger shear force. Under the centrifugal force of the rotor, the material is thrown radially into the narrow and precise gap between the fixed rotor, and is subjected to centrifugal squeezing, impact and other forces, achieving full dispersion, mixing, and emulsification of the material.
Note: If used under vacuum or on a pressurized vessel, this shear machine requires a corre- sponding mechanical sealing device to be configured separately.
