The working principle of the evaporation tank is mainly to evaporate the water in the waste liquid through heating, thereby purifying the water. The specific process is as follows:
1.Input the waste liquid to be treated into the inner wall of the evaporation tank, then close the inlet pipe.
2 Open the heat exchanger and send steam into it. In the heat exchanger, heat is transferred between the steam and waste liquid, causing the water in the waste liquid to gradually evaporate.
3.After some time, a large amount of water in the waste liquid has evaporated. At this point, a large amount of steam rises within the tank.
4.When the steam rises to the top cover, it is cooled by the condenser into liquid form and discharged from the condenser outlet.
5. After several cycles, most of the water in the waste liquid has evaporated. At this point, open the outlet pipe to discharge the treated liquid.
